Caregiver Levels – Ages 6 months to 36 months
Water Angels (6-20 Months)

For ages 6-20 months with their parent or caregiver. Through songs, fun and instructional games, students learn to be comfortable in the water & learn basic water skills. *Adult must accompany baby in the water*

Through songs, fun and instructional games, students learn to be comfortable in the water & learn basic water skills. *Adult must accompany baby in the water*
For ages 3-5 years old with their parent or caregiver.
Class goal: Water adjustment, learn basic swimming skills. Children go in the water with a flotation belt and the grown ups are in the water to help the children while being led by the teacher to learn how to kick, blow bubbles, water adjustment, float and swim. This class is for children who are not quite ready to go in the water without their caregiver.
Angelfish (3-6 Years Old) Beginners, very limited experience in the water

For ages 3-5 years old. This class is for children who have never swam or have very little experience with swimming.
Class goal: Water adjustment; learn basic swimming skills (kicking, arms movement; develop coordination; blow bubbles; submerge face or head under water).
For beginner swimmers who can swim half a pool length. Class goal: perfect the front crawl technique, learn rotary breathing, build basic endurance, swim in deep water, and swim one length of the pool front crawl.
For swimmers who can swim one length of the pool front crawl minimal coordination.
Class goal: perfect front crawl techniques, build endurance, perfect front crawl starts and turns, swim one length of the pool with proper front crawl technique, learn to swim backstroke and tread water.
Swordfish Can swim length freestyle and backstroke properly –

For advanced swimmers that swim 1 to 2 lengths of the pool front crawl with proper technique.
Class goal: develop endurance, speed, strength, perfect front crawl, backstroke technique with starts and turns, swim 2 lengths of the pool front crawl and backstroke with proper technique; breaststroke technique; Fly technique.
For non-swimmers, swimmers with fear of the water.
Class goal: water adjustment, learn to be comfortable with the water environment, learn basic skills of front crawl, submerge head under the water, learn rhythmic and rotary breathing, and swim the width of the pool.
Class goal: perfect front crawl technique, swim under water, learn and perfect backstroke technique with starts and turns, swim 1 length of the pool front crawl, swim half a pool length backstroke.
