Time: 8:30 A.M. to 9:30 A.M.
Cost: $300 for the session
Location: John Jay H.S. (237 7th Avenue, Brooklyn, NY, 11215).
Class Objectives:
- Refine strokes
- Improve swim techniques, endurance, and speed
- Master starts and turns for freestyle, backstroke, breaststroke, and butterfly
Pre-Requisites:
- Have basic knowledge of freestyle and backstroke
- Be able to swim 8 laps non-stop within 5 minutes
